meaning of library names

I added a resistor to my schematic:

 

R-US_0411/12 (R-US_)

 

What does this mean?  what is 0411?  I see many parts that have unexplained

names.  Is this nothing more than an index?  I did note some parts will say

"grid 12", "grid 15", etc...what does that mean?

    in that case:

     

         body dimensions: 4mm * 11mm - grid (wire spacing): 12.5mm
