I need to design a library package for a LED Engin multichip RGBA high power LED package. The part reference from LED Engin is LZC-03MA00
The recommended solder pad in the center for the thermal pad of the ceramic package consist of a circular shape (diameter 6.50mm) but cur into 6 segments each isolated from each other by 0.23mm and also a copper free circle of diameter 0.76mm in the center.
I don't think it's possible to do this in Eagle's library editor but I'm not sure.
If someone has a suggestion on how to make pads that look like pizza segments, I'd appreciate it.
