Creating a new design from an existing on e (4.16r2)

I'd like to make a new design by pruning features from an existing one.  I

thought I read somewhere how you can start a new design by making a copy of

an existing one, but, naturally, can't find it (at least in the user

manual).  Any tips?  I'm using 4.16r2.  Thanks.

  • Nevermind, I figured it out.  For the benefit of anyone else who may want

    to do this, create a new project folder in the Control Panel and copy the

    board and schematic files from the project you want to copy to the new

    folder (perform the copy operation within the Control Panel).  Then rename

    the copies.  Board and schematic files remained linked.
