how to draw a circle in the layer dimension

when I draw it manually,then when ratsnest it displays a copper in the middle like below picture 'right'.how to draw it then in the end it look like the picture 'drill'.

    The copper in the centre of your circle is an orphan from the polygon fill.

    So turning off orphans may get rid of it.

     

    You could use a filled circle of tRestrict over that area to stop the

    polygon fill leaving the copper there.

     

    The circle is either a hole outline or is a circular area larger than a

    drill hole, that will be routed out out your board. In either case leaving

    the copper there should not be an issue unless you have another use for

    that area.

             I have turned off the orphans before it appears the orphans,and the picture is drawed in the layer of tRestrict,so why appear this .

    You must

    1) name the polygon

    2) within the polygon there needs to be a (signal) pad/smd or a trace end

    with the same name

     

    e.g. If the name of your polygon is GND then there must be a pad/smd or

    routed trace junction within the polygon. See attached
