EagleCad messing pads of Library part

I have a library part with a drill of 1mm and 1.27mm diameter,

It looks fine in the library, but when I bring the part to the schematic it somehow overrides my pad.

Can anyone help, and tellme how to make the schematic not override my library part!

Check your design rules.
