I am trying to install EAGLE at the moment and cannot start the process. I receive the error "The application has failed to start because ESER32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I have tried to install the software on two PC's one a windows 8.1 OS and the other running XP and receive the same error so I do not think the issue is on my end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
