I paid for the latest version and now wish I had not.
I tried making a simple schematic and PCB with about 12 components. The schematic was no problem but as soon as I had v7.2.0 build the board, the problems started.
Here are some problems:
1. Inconsistencies between schematic and board that come out of nowhere and cannot be fixed
2. Change values that do not stay changed
3. Polygon pours that do not keep Name (GND)
4. Delete component from schematic. The component automatically deletes okay from board but when a new component is placed on the schematic, it does not show up on the board
5. The usual problem of not being able to eliminate listed errors in ERC or DRC without closing and re-opening Eagle Cad
After trying to get v7.2.0 to work for 3 hours I finally gave up and built the schematic and board in v6.5.0 in about 20 minutes with no problems at all.
To top it off, I was double-charged when I purchased v7.2.0 and Cadsoft does not respond to my requests for refund. In fact, they don't respond at all to any inquiries.
