Hi i would like to enquire about SPI trace width. Should i put to 8 mils wide and clearance 8 mils too? Or 10?

An interesting tool I found to help with this is Saturn PCB, its free software but it does require some understanding. You are probably looking for a black and white answer but I think electronics is a bit more complex than that, try plugging in the numbers to see what effects each stepup has and how crosstalk is affected as well. If you need help, I'll be happy to point you along

unless your SPI peripherals run at incredibly high speeds(more than a few MHz), the trace width and spacing used does not matter much. 8 mils should work well for both spacing and width on data and clock lines.
Its not so much about the data speed or clock speed as it is about the transistor switching speed. The induced noise comes more from switching than from the actual data shifting.
