Snap to grid components..how to?

Hi all, I'm new to Eagle 

I started to put some components on the schematic, then wires and noticed they would not all align properly

Some components are exactly on grid pins and some others between grid pins. So when I'm wiring the pins

some won't attach properly, I find it tedious to always have to zoom right in to make sure the wires are touching.

The grid is set to 0.1 & 0.025, is there a way to fix or correct this?

    Yes. Use the standard grid.

     

    There is NEVER any reason to change the grid on the schematic nor to

    place anything off-grid (of course there is good reason for both on the

    board, where physical objects are represented, but not on the schematic,

    where everything is virtual).

     

    It has always been the case, and is a very common trap for newbies, that

    Eagle's schematic editor will not connect to pins that are off-grid.

    So don't do that.

     

    If you've designed any of your own library symbols and put any pins

    off-grid (or not on a 0.1" grid) then fix those first. Then update all

    libraries, snap all components onto the 0.1" grid on the schematic, and

    you'll be able to wire up properly.

    behaviour.
