Running the DRC from the command line

Hello,

 

is there an option to run the DRC from the commandline

- without popping up the box and waiting for user input

- with some sensible return value

  • In the layout editor, go to Options -> Assign

     

    keystroke:    command:

    F7   ratsnest;

    F8   ripup @;

    F9   drc;

     

    This way, after having done some modifications on the board, I hit F7, F8 and F9 and everything is up to date and checked.

    not sure what your aiming at.

     

    DRC will open its result dialog if there are errors or, in case there

    are non, show "DRC: no errors" or "DRC: ### approved errors" in the

    status bar.
