Why aren't there restrict layers for inner layers? Now we have only tRestrict (41) and bRestrict (42).

Please add extra restrict layers for layer 2 to 15.

Use cutout polygon ;-)

Thanks but that's just a workaround. There's a reason we have restrict layers for top and bottom.
It's just not clear to me why we don't have them for the inner layers.

Imagine a footprint of a printed antenna. I want to trigger a DRC error when you put some copper under it.
