Hello Members,
I am brand new to using Eagle s/w. I created a custom part and library. Created a package, a device, and a symbol.
I can add the part to a schematic, but when I start routing traces on the board, I can only connect to pins on the part
using the top layer. What did I do wrong in creating the part? Do I have to put pads or thru-holes on the "package"?
