Export Schematic Image in High Resolution

Hello all.

I'm here to ask a question. I'm a member of a big project and to not confused about how the project works, I will do a PDF file explaining how all project works. But when I export the shematic image by using comand File>Export>Image, the image lose almost every high resolution. Whatever if I put 1200dpi, the image still looks horrible. Can anyone help me about this?

I believe what you should be doing is to Print > Print to pdf

Hi

Thanks. But I tried this process. The problem when you go PRINT > PDF FILE is you cannot transfer this image to word, for example, to make a manual guide using this image. Do you have any sugestion?

You have not said which version of eagle are you using. That may be
important.

I checked this using 7.2.2 (Win7) and can paste high resolution images
into a word(2010) doc from the clip board or insert a png image.
Using 300dpi was good for me. So I'm not experiencing your problem

You have not said which version of eagle are you using. That may be
important.

I checked this using 7.2.2 (Win7) and can paste high resolution images
into a word(2010) doc from the clip board or insert a png image.
Using 300dpi was good for me. So I'm not experiencing your problem

I am using Eagle 7.2.0 version. Can you explain better how to do this process?

Which OS are you using? If a MAC you should use a later version than 7.2

it'll convert schematic to eps format, that you can use in word: insert -->picture --> from file --> xx.eps
