Hi everyone. First off thanks for your support. It's been a long time for me with Eagle so I'm not sure if this issue is easily solved..
I had checked this board against SeeedStudio's 2-layer DRU (Fusion PCB Order Submission Guidelines – Feedback & Ideas for seeed) and I got the errors shown in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/3c9fe108876876609928e933063bf274. The errors consist solely of Keepout layer 40, Stop mask layer 29, and Stop mask layer 30. I am not sure how easily such issues may be fixed. I know nothing about such things. I was either going to give up or post here, so I posted here. This project is not high priority.
