When attempting to save all or close control panel receive the following error:
I lose all the locations in Directories for my added libraries.
I am running on Windows 8.1 and did the default install.

For all that are not using element14 as newsgroup mirror.
The error messagwe says :
Can't open C:eaglerc.~~~
Invalid argument
Could you please check if such a file already exists. EAGLE wants
to create the user-specific configuration file eaglerc.usr and therefore
there has to be created a temporary file named eaglerc.~~~ .
There seems to be the problem:
Please check access premissions for file and folders. Delete already
existing files. A bit odd is that the file should be written in the
root folder of drive C.....
