I hope you're doing well. It should already be included with the
documentation that installs with EAGLE. See the Documentation tree in
the EAGLE control panel.
Is there something in particular you are looking for?

I've done a binary file compare between both versions of manual_en.pdf and no differences were found.
I do like the new scalable SVG icons especially at 32 pixels in size on a big screen.
I think the manuals should be updated to include the new features and differences as per the 7.5 UPDATE.TXT file.

Hi all,
the manuals will be updated soon. We will make them available on our
web site as soon as possible. For a rough overview of new things
in EAGLE please take a look into the UPDATE files in the doc folder
of EAGLE 7.5.
