How to import model into existing library in PCBsim?

Please excuse me for asking questions that may be simple for insiders, which I am not.

Using the FSpice model importer, I often lose the previously imported models in my library. I have read the documentation at least four times for this but cannot understand how to prevent this from happening. So the question is: how do I ADD a model to an existing library when using the FSpice model importer.

Workaround: Keep all models one uses together in a directory and import the whole directory at once.
When adding a model, add it to the directory and again import the whole directpry.

That really is a great idea to stay organized and do backups which I hope you do regularly
