I have never done IPC-356A netlists before but now my boardhous requires one. However, the ulp that comes with Eagle generates an output that is way off in scale.
I see in the ulp that it uses the coordinates of an object and multiply it by "10/254" but the ulp is written in 2005. I remember there was a change in the grid resolution
in eagle when jumping for version7 (Or the coordinates system....), Atleast something changed that had influence on the excellon setup and we had to use EXCELLON24.
Cadsoft... How could I create correct ipc-356A netlist?
