Prompt to create folder when CAM export directory is not found

To keep the project folder as clean as possible, I have the CAM processor dump everything into a separate "artwork" folder. Now, it's certainly not a problem to go in and create the folder manually but this definitely seems like a polish issue that the software should be able to handle gracefully instead of erroring out.

    Totally agree.  Or just create it--I'd prefer that.
