Device pads not overlapping in library but are when placed on board

Hi All

I've created a new library part and have two rows of 0.55mm pads with 0.4mm holes. It looks fine on the device in the library, but once I place it on the board then the pads are drawn with a much larger diameter and so all overlap. The footprint I'm trying to create is on the 2nd page here: http://www.toby.co.uk/datasheets/section1/VUSB31-C-S-G-TB-RA.pdf?revDate=29072015110710

The device view in the library looks fine (I think!), except I don't know how to get rid of the white boxes:

The board is using Seeedstudio's DRC rules if that makes any difference?

Any ideas on how to fix this are much appreciated!

Check your options match the ones used for the library especially the grid size.

    Hi,

I have exactly the same issue. I have checked options and especially grid size and all looks to be OK. I have never had this issue before and only recently upgraded to 7.5.0. It seems that the pads are being dropped on the board using auto pad diameter and not the one I set when i created the part??
