Good day! I'm looking for a certain 4-pin connector. It looks like the photos below. Does anyone have an idea what it is? Thank you.

Pictures are fuzzy, and no dimensions.

Looks like JST 'SH', but if you measure the pitch precisely you'll be able to compare what you've got with the mechanical drawings for the 'SH'

range on the JST website, and google for photos of 'JST SH' to see if the images match with what you have got.

Otherwise, once you have the pitch, search the JST and Molex websites (they are a couple of popular connector manufacturers) and see if any product lines with that pitch have drawings and measurements that match what you have got.

Hi Renz,

Unfortunately I've never seen a female-to-female pre-built cable for this particular connector, although like you, I've needed it once.

What I did was just purchase two, and solder the wires together and heat shrink around each wire. Not optimal, but it may be the

easiest quick solution.

You'll need very small diameter heat shrink sleeving (available from Farnell/Newark).
