TO-92 FOOTPRINTS

I am using a voltage detector in my circuit that is not in any EAGLE/SPARKFUN library. The component is of package TO-92. NPN TRANSISTOR 2N3904 and many others have same package of TO-92. if the pitch of components is same, is it possible to use footprints of 2N3904 IN PLACE OF VOLTAGE DETECTOR?

Seriously? Either you're asking whether a TO-92 package is a TO-92
package, or you're asking whether a package can be referenced by multiple
devices in a library (even a rudimentary understanding of Eagle and reading
of the manual makes this obvious), or you're asking whether packages can be
copied between libraries (even more directly and clearly answered in the
documentation right where you'd expect to find it). Therefore, the answer
is to go learn some (very) basics, or to actually read the documentation.
It would also help to articulate questions better in the future to not
leave so many possible interpretations.
