Airwires going through parts they shouldn't

The attached picture is an example of the problems I am facing. I want to have my airwires be jumper wires on my board, but the airwires go straight through some pads they shouldn't be going through. Is there any way I can check this besides studying the schematic (It is a fairly Large board) or rerouting the board (Already had it manufactured)

    I'm not really quite sure what you're trying to achieve or why you're

    doing it that way.

     

    If you want to have jumper wires, there's a library of jumpers (both

    'made' to cut tracks and 'unmade' to solder links on) that would be much

    more appropriate than just leaving traces unfinished. Apart from

    anything else, using a jumper component has the following advantages:

      1) It appears on the schematic, so you know it's there

      2) It has a part number which will be on the silk screen, so you can

    find it

      3) It forms part of the design so all the checker tools know about it

      4) You can actually complete your layout, and rely on the "no more

    airwires" message to tell you you've done so.

     

    But, in the enthusiasm of youth, you say you've rushed ahead and had the

    boards made before asking this question. Oh well. So how do you

    "check"... umm... sorry, this is where your question doesn't quite make

    sense. I'm not sure what it is you want to check.

     

    If you're looking for a particular signal, let's say one called "CS1",

    to work out which two pads to solder your wire link to... type "show

    cs1" into the board layout editor. The pads will be highlighted. Simples.
