Can I redistribute the free edition eagle.key?

I want to use eagle in an automated way using a container. For it to function properly I need to integrate the free eagle.key into my container. Otherwise Eagle will block script execution with a popup asking me which licence I want to use.

So: Can I redistribute the free edition eagle.key?

This probably won't work. The eagle.key is generated as a environment

specific key file. If you copy it to another computer it probably will

not work.

If you distribute EAGLE with the freeware.key (no eagle.key) the user

can start EAGLE and will be asked what to do. So he can choose the

Freeware option.
