How to unmask vias globally?

Hi Community,

 

I have a 4 layer board, designed using Eagle 7.3.0. My vias are currently masked, and in order to do ICT I need to unmask them. I've heard this is a global option. Can someone point me how to adjust my brd file to have unmasked vias?
