Hi, Everyone,
I have a question on the Via clearance.
I understand there is a layer called hole.(45) When i enable that layer. i see a larger circle surrounding the via.
Does the clearance count from this outer circle or from inter green circle?
Also, There is layer called keep out. What this this layer for?
Do i need to print it layer for the board.
I am very new to eagle. Thanks a lot for the help,
