Looking for library

Hi, i'm looking for 74HC4060 library, i can't find it anywhere, hoping for answer, if the topic is in the wrong place i'm sorry for that.

You might also want to check out the "First Flights - Cadsoft Eagle" series (there are 6 parts) on Youtube. They are very good and I found them very helpful.
