How to save the file with Ratsnest.

I use Polygon GND and  Ratsnest to make GND plate.. but when I reopen or sent the file to manufacture  Ratsnest is not enabled and GND unoconnected wire is nowhere. So they will print the board without GND. How to save the file like on the first image?

Due to the time it takes to fill ratsnests on large complex boards it is

not done when you open a project. The Cam processor fills them when

    making the output.

You don't. The flood fill is performed "as needed". IF your board house

accepts Eagle files then they know how to cope. If not, you need to

produce Gerbers using the CAM processor, which automatically does the

flood first. There is no issue here.

    I think you mean "plane"?

This make no sense at all.  RATSNEST is not enabled or disabled.  It is a

command you can run in the board editor in Eagle.  With the right setting,

RATSNEST will compute polygons and show you them filled.

This has nothing to do with the manufacturer.  The Gerber files you send

them contain whatever information you chose to have the CAM processor write

out.  It is a good idea to check the Geber files with a Gerber file viewer

before sending them to the board house.  You should see the ground plane.

If not, go back to Eagle, fix the CAM settings, and re-make the Gerber

    files.

Maybe.  Good board houses just do what they are told via the Gerber files.

It's annoying when your board is held up because the board house thinks

something isn't how you may have intended it, but some board houses do

that.  This is more likely when you are using a prototype process or the

board house aims more at hobbyists.

In any case, make sure to give them specs for exactly how to make the

boards.  That's your job as the electrical engineer.  It's their job to

follow those specs and produce the boards as you specified.  If done right,

the only reason you don't get boards as you wanted is if you didn't specify

what you really wanted.  Fortunately, Eagle makes specifying a board

correctly quite easy with the DRC checks and the CAM processor.

You need to learn how boards are made and how the interface to board houses

work.  You don't "save as" or some such in Eagle.  You run the CAM

processor to create standard Gerber files.
