Looking for the Texas Instruments TM4C123G series in Eagle

Hi, I have been searching for this board but I can't seem to find it, I was hoping to put together a design. I found this on the TI website but it doesn't seem to open, any ideas on what I can try?

I use Win10 and didn't have any problems opening the web page using Firefox
(50.0.2) and Microsoft Edge (IE). I had problems with Firefox displaying
the PDF files using the built-in reader. When I told FF to use the external
Adobe reader everything was fine.

I don't think it was the website the OP had issues with. There are some
EAGLE files available to download from there but they appear not to work (I
tried and they wouldn't work for me either). They are in binary format so
likely quite old but my version of EAGLE (v7.7) fails to open them so I
suspect they have got corrupted somehow. It's probably something TI will
have to sort on their website to make working versions of these files
available.

Link is broken. I found the design files here but its PADS format.

I reached out to TI, seems that the link was labeled wrong, they only
have the files available in PADs.
