I an planning to use a Rohm dual transistor with the 8 SMD package that uses the TSMT8 footprint, but cannot find this anywhere. An Eagle library file would be ideal, but just a drawing would also work.

Hi Jerry,

You can find the recommended footprint specification for the TSMT8 package from Rohm on page 5 of this document here: http://rohmfs.rohm.com/en/products/databook/package/soldering/discrete/surface-handa_tr.pdf

It's a very simple footprint so you should be able to create that yourself in a couple of minutes if you are familiar with creating library parts in EAGLE.
