Non electrical Parts not showing up in bom

I have some mechanical parts that I would like to appear in the BOM. The parts have values and names! but no footprint. They refuse to show up in BOM. Any ideas?

Some more information about how you are soliciting the BOM would help as
originally getting a BOM was done from a ULP but later you can get to the
improved ulp via File > Export > BOM

You could post you mechanical library so that someone could attempt to
emulate your issue.

originally getting a BOM was done from a ULP but later you can get to the
improved ulp via File > Export > BOM

You could post you mechanical library so that someone could attempt to
emulate your issue.

-in "SYMBOL" you can Text: >Name and >Value
-add this Symbol in the Device
-New Package:
- "NEW" your mechanical Package
- "NEW" next....

a good idea is to give every Deviceset Attributes ( o.e. "Information")
ready... i hope..
...in BOM you see
MEC1
MEC2
...
my version is 6.6
