I can't connect molex support pin to ground plane

Question

Hello, I'm new with Eagle Cad Soft and this is my first time posting in this forum. My problem regards an molex smd connector 53261-03 from con-molex library. I don't know how to connect the support pins, S1 and S2 I believe, to the ground plate. Thank you in advance,

Hi Vasile,

That library part is only designed to allow access to the three main pins. If you need access to the support pins, then you could copy that part into your own library and edit it. This is detailed in the EAGLE user manual (and maybe watching a youtube video on parts creation). Parts creation is a fundamental part of using EAGLE (or any other PCB software), so it is good to spend time examining this area.
