HELP cannot start my eagle pcb program

For six ago i had a CVA and starting now to work/design again.

 

So i started up Eagle version 7.

I was prompted for a new version so I installed that one exspecting to start after updating.

 

But then i was invited to create a autodesk account, but i already have one.

So i tryed to use those credentials, but withy no success.

 

Contacting Autodesk with no luck, so i do think that years of pcb work are lost.

 

Anny solutions available???????

    Hello,

     

    Your existing EAGLE v7 license is still valid so you can continue to use that and you have not lots any PCB work. If you want to use v8 you will need an Autodesk EAGLE subscription but I am not sure why your existing Autodesk account wouldn't work to enable the freeware version unless you have other network issues blocking EAGLE's access to the Autodesk license server. Can you log into the Autodesk EAGLE forums here https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/eagle-forum/bd-p/3500 with your Autodesk account?

    If you have a paid licence for version 7 then your licence keys will

    only work for version 7.

     

    You can download the older versions of Eagle here

    ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/eagle/program/

    So you can restore version 7.7 and then use your licence keys to return

    to your starting point.

     

    If you have lost the keys then Autodesk can still provide them.

     

    The upgraded version from Autodesk will be version 8.x and you will need

    to commit to their subscription to get any edition greater than the

    freeware.
