Don`t Remember the Eagle Grid setting

The schematic and pins on the symbols should be 0.1".

I could see some one setting the grid to 0.05" or 0.01".

Use the info on the parts and nets in the schematic and see what the

coordinates are. You should be able to figure out the grid that was used.

In this case I assume the connections had never been really made. If one

opens a *.sch the connections are done and they do not snap to the devices.

Standard Grid in *.sch is 0,1" and is actually the only grid size

because the devices are made in this size. Check if the origins of

devices are on grid. If they are then only the nets may have been drawn

false. If the origins are not on grid then the whole drawing could have

been shoved off grid.

One then can use the ulp "snap-on-grid" but try that on a copy of the

schematics.
