Eagle Cadsoft version 7.0
The 8 pin dip LM385 op amp is showing as two separate 8 pin dips on the board.
How come this is happening?
What can I change so that the LM385 op amp is placed as just one 8 pin dip on the board?
Thanks.

Are you sure you're actually seeing what you describe? Do both 8-pin
DIPs show the same part number? Might you have somehow placed two LM385s
on top of each other in the schematic?
I might have added two LM385 by mistake because the schematic shows
IC1B and a IC2A for the LM385.
I created a new schematic and added a LM385 and now it only shows
IC1A and IC1B and the board shows only one 8 pin dip.
Thanks for your advice.

I see different gates from two devices.
Easy fix. Delete IC2 from the schematic. Then use the "INVOKE IC1"
command to get the first gate of the device.
Try the following on the command line:
DELETE IC2
INVOKE IC1

As per your instructions, this fixed it, thanks. The board now only
shows one IC LM385 with the correct pin numbers and connections.
