Hello,
First things first, EAGLE v8.0.0 is a very old version now and the initial versions had some issues with reliability in the licensing system. Please download the latest version (currently v8.6.0 as of 28-Jan-2018) from here: https://eagle-updates.circuits.io/downloads/latest.html
Once you have a newer version of EAGLE running, if you are still having issues then report back and hopefully we can work out what's going wrong.
Best Regards,
Rachael
Thanks for the quick response,
İ'm using linux, last version 8.0.0.

I'm sorry but that is not correct. You can download version 8.6.0 for Linux from the link I gave above. I know you can because I have it running on one of my Linux machines. Download and install 8.6.0 and see if you still have an issue.
Best Regards,
Rachael
The direct link to 8.6.0 for Linux is here: https://eagle-updates.circuits.io/downloads/8_6_0/Autodesk_EAGLE_8.6.0_English_Linux_64bit.tar.gz

It could be a browser caching issue. I've seen that before with the EAGLE download links, it seems they do something which fools some browsers into not correctly seeing the latest version. I think more recently they have resolved this issue but possibly if you'd looked at the 8.0.0 link a long time ago possibly the cache was pulling that up and not checking if it was up to date.
Anyway, I'm glad you've got it downloaded now. Good luck, I hope it fixes your problem, if not post up
Best Regards,
Rachael
