Eagle Lite Board Size Question (again)

Question

I have a board with coordinates 0.00,0.00 when the cursor is in the lower left corner and 78.74,99.06 with the cursor in the upper right corner.

I placed all of my components jammed up inside the lower portion of the box that indicates the board size. None of the components is outside the line.

When I try and move any of the components toward the upper part of the board which is empty, I get the Eagle Lite limitation error message.

What am I not understanding about the board limitation of smaller than 80mm x 100mm?

The maximum X coordinate is 100mm, maximum Y coordinate is 80mm.

Anything you try to place above 80mm Y axis is is outside the limits.
