eagle PCB not uploading on macrofab.com (boardhouse)

Hello,

 

My pcb file (.brd) is not uploading on the boardhouse's website macrofab. they said they could not even open it in the eagle viewer & got the below error message:

 

Warning(s):

line 965: invalid value 'checkStop' for attribute 'name' in tag <param>
line 966: invalid value 'checkValues' for attribute 'name' in tag <param>

 

Any help to solve this? i used Eagle version 9

    Zip the  files and load them up here. Everything else is just guessing.
