how to find invisible pins?

Hi,

I want to use an Arduino Nano on my board by plugging it into sockets on my board, i.e. the USB connector and the ICSP pins have no direct connection to my board.

There is a device for the Nano in the "E14_Arduino_revC.lbr" from Element14. This device contains pins/pads for the USB connector and the ICSP. Using this device my board will have pads for USB and pads for ICSP. To use the area below the Nano for wiring on my board these pads shall be removed. And here comes the problem.

I could remove the pads for USB after disconneting them from their pins, deleting the pins in the symbol editor and then deleting the pads in the package editor.

But the symbol does not contain pins for ICSP, i.e. they are not visible. After clicking on the "connect" button the pins for ICSP are listed and can be disconnected. But I cannot delete these pins in the symbol editor because they are not visible.

How can I delete these pins for ICSP?

    Hi

I suspect you do not have the layer 'pins' visible..

Use the mouse to activate the Pins layer or type the following into the command line.and then hit <ENTER>

    DISPLAY PINS

    HTH

    Hi,

yes, after disconnecting the pins and displaying the pins with your command, they were visible and could be deleted as well as the pads.

    Thank you
