Can't open 'C:\Users\Foong\AppData\Roaming\Eagle\settings\9.1.1\eaglerc.~~~'

Hello, I'm a new user of Eagle.

I seem to get this error every time i start and close Eagle, everything seems to work fine after that.

Not quite sure what kind of issues will it cause in the future. Anyone have similar experiences?
I'm on Eagle Education Version 9.1.1 64 bitWindow 10 64 bit

    Appreciate the speedy reply.

    Tried reinstalling with administrator permissions but same issues occurring.

    The directory doesn't exist and the furthest i can get to is:

    C:\Users\"name"\AppData\Roaming\Eagle

     

    Everything seems to work fine for now. Wondering what is the file that Eagle is

    referring to every time it launches and closes.

    Will keep this thread open and i will report if any issue arises.

    The eaglerc.usr is a configuration file that is created by eagle and is

    usually located in

    ...users/yourname/appdata/roaming/ (cadsoft or autodesk or nothing) /

    eagle/eaglerc.usr

    I don't have win 10, so this might not exactly hit the case.

    Last not least you can search for the to find its location.

    Make sure that you have the rights for the directory you install in eagle.

    If you have a partitioned hard disk try to install eagle on drive d:/ etc.
