Re-positioning the text portion of a dimension

If text is part of a library device you must change it in the library.

If its on board you must make the origins layer(s) visible (a

cross-hair) to be able to move things.

I think Bob wants to move the dimension value/text vs the arrows and

lines.. I havent found a way to do it either, but changing the text size

may move it to a more suitable location.

When the text is outside the dimension, it may be annoying to have it on

the wrong side. But idk if this has been added since 7.7.0.

No, there is no smash ability for a dimension.
