I am trying to design a flight controller for the Walkera line of drones. The F210, Runner 250 and so on, all use general flight controllers such as F3, CC3D, MultiWii. The problem is the way that they connect to the drone is by a 40 pin FPC cable. Now in doing that Walkera has also made slight changes to the hardware as well changed the firmware slightly. I dont have the money to go and buy the 120-150 USD flight controller that they make for this drone that would enable me to do what it is that I want to do. I know that buying a different drone that can use a regular flight controller is the smartest option technically, but I would rather learn how to use this software to make Schematics and Boards so that I can make other boards in the future. I would like to make a board that is based off of the F4-F7 flight controllers so that it can be faster then the F3. I would also like to take advantage of that computing power to enable me to do 3D flight (inverted flying) as well as GPS location and complete autonomous flight. Does anyone have any help they can give or maybe links to something that is similiar to what I am trying to do so I can see how it was done and try to make mine with the help of seeing one that is in a BRD or SCH file format that works with Eagle? Sorry for the long question and I probably botched this up a little. But yeah any help would be great.
Thank You Ahead Of Time
