So, I've been assigned to update an old PCB, and im currently using Eagle 9.2 (standard licens), but for some reason im not allowed to route anything on layer 3 called "route 3"
If I select "Route" tool, I can click once on the board, and I will see the line be drawn, but as soon as i click for the second time to tack it down, nothing happens - No error, no trace - It just keeps moving with my mouse?.
Is there anything that can lock a layer from being drawn on? It is not only Route tool, all the other tools also (Polygon, line, etc.)
