I have an access control handheld badge reader that the box needs to be modified/redesigned to accept the new battery or batteries I wish to use. I would like the box to be custom fitted to handle the batteries and existing components and boards but also have a door to replace batteries when needed and make the box more rugged for the occasional oops drop kick bounce. Is this something I can supply info and samples with ideas to get made? If so I will need a dozen of these new boxes. I am also not against the idea of having someone like Ben Heck hack this thing and make it better and more protected.
