Manual routing take short time if components are placed to correct position
Hmmm, I made a lot of complex boards where routing was the most time
expensive task ...
And ..... what about writing an ULP which will copy some parts to
desired location ? Did you tried to write some non primitive ULPs ???
Be sure it is possible to copy whole group of design inclusive routed
wires, polygons, all what you want ! The only problem is .... you need a
bit time.
Few years ago I started to write quite complex ULP to cover the "hole"
generated by stupid library idea in 4.x version. Some designs were
converted, than I stopped the development. Only Walter Muecke was
interested on further development, maybe he is working still with some
old projects. Pls see the project update manager ulps, and consider
there is only a part of possible functions implemented 
!
