You place either a hole or a pad, but not both.
Holes should be used for simple locating pins or screw holes and use a pad
if the mounting pin will be soldered
The problem is, I cannot get rid of the dimension. I can delete the hole
and the dimesnion stays. Could this be what is causing this issue? How do
I get rid of the Dimension?
Turn off all layers except the problem layer.
I guess you want to display the dimension layer, 21 and the holes layer 45.
Group and delete the holes.
