Changing position of pin number

Hi,

I am evaluating version 4.92.1 of eagle. I have created a library and

added 7 segment display part into it. I have also added text objects

next to the pins. But when I go use the part in a schematic, the text

objects and the pin numbers overlap. How can I shift the pin numbers

more towards the end of the pin so that there is no overlap?

The HD7-A part in the display-hp.lbr seems to have done this, but I

wasn't able to figure out how it was done. The properties seem to be the

same between that part and my part. Attached is my library.

    You can't change where the pin puts pin numbers. If you pull the HD7-A sym

    up in the library editor window, though, you can use the info command ('i'

    icon) to see how they did it. That part draws a wire from the symbol for a

    short distance, and then sticks the pin on the end of the wire. The pin

    number automatically gets stuck at the near end of the pin but--because

    there's a wire between the near end of the pin and the symbol body--it's

    possible to put text next to the wire between the pin number and the symbol

    body proper. The trick is to set the wire width to match the pin width;

    6mil seems to work.
