When I try to design a mosfet transistor including a copper heat sink area,
I get drc erors.
I have tryed to use smd and rectangle, but errors are generated in both
cases.
Any help?

You can't add any copper to the lib foot print without DRC errors. The
best way is to just keep the mask area as you have and after you place
the part use a ground polygon to fill that area and then some. If you
use the cream layer you need to adjust it also.
