PDF printer ULP?

Hi Everybody!

 

I would like to get a ULP program, to easily print out my sch/brd designs!

Separet layers to separet pdf pages. Is there any familiar ULP/script for

the Eagle?

ps.: I know the PDF printer method! It's still slow for us, hundreds of

designs need to be converted.

    You can use the CAM processor to output postscript, after which there

    are a bunch of utilities that can convert postscript to PDF.  The CAM

    processor has the advantage that you can invoke it from something like

    a shell script, which makes it ideal for doing this sort of operation

    on large numbers of files.

     

    For instance, I wanted a bunch of sort of silk-screen-like postscript

    files for panelization fiddling, so I made a c-shell script containing:

     

        /Applications/EAGLE-X11/bin/eagle -X -N -deps -o$1:r:t.otl.eps

    $1:r.brd dimension tplace tnames tvalues tdocu

     

    And then I was able to put together a bigger shell script with an

    editor that went through all the files I was interested in to generate

    the .eps files for all of them.  (If you're better at shell scripts

    than I am, you can probably do away with the "editor" phase.)
