I have two Macs: a G5 on Tiger (10.4.11) my main work machine, on which
I have made hundreds of schematics and boards. I just tried Eagle on
my home G4 on Leopard (10.5.1) and while there are some bugs (can't
switch windows in Expose with the mouse) the main one is: don't see
any printers.
Is this a Leopard bug? An Eagle problem? Anyone else printing with
Eagle under Leopard?
I have two printers here, both HP Laserjets, both Postscript. Eagle
under 10.4 can print flawlessly to either one. Eagle under 10.5 does
not "see" any printer. The print dialog box is empty.
Yet, when I print to a "print.ps" file and drop that onto the printer
in Finder, the output is OK. So this is a software issue, not hardware.
Again, Eagle or Leopard?
The CUPS interface ( http://localhost:631/printers/ ) looks just fine,
with both printers visible.
Anything else I might to to solve this?
